  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the radio and all included accessories, antennas, and manuals back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
